Online integration the key to more efficiency in administrative affairs
Jiading’s Big Data Center has been unveiled to gather, share, utilize and protect administrative information as well as operate and maintain relevant online platforms.
It is part of the district’s efforts to integrate the administrative affairs network online.
Currently each administrative office has its own system and channel. Residents sometimes need to go to different departments more than once to get just one thing done and hence reform for local government to innovate and update was needed.
District Party Secretary Zhang Xi indicated that the integration was a significant transformation of the government management mechanism and also on overall government. It would also optimize the commercial environment, he said.
Business procedures will be redesigned, supported by data and technology, to cut down on the material and steps needed for an approval.
It will become user-oriented and efficient to ensure that people are satisfied.
The platform to be built is not simply moving offline offices and procedures online, but also improving their functions according to a uniform and elevated standard. Information sharing will be the key.
Enhanced supervision will be a measure to guarantee the quality of the service. The operation will be open to hear the opinions of enterprises and individuals.
A third-party assessment organization will be set up to identify problems as early as possible.
