Air France’s Michelin flight
Air France is serving two signature dishes per month in its La Première cabin on flights between Shanghai and Paris. Jean-Francois Rouquette, the famous Michelin-starred head chef at the Park Hyatt Paris-Vendome hotel, was invited to design and cook the specialities. La Première customers will be able to taste the chef’s creative dishes on flights from New York and Tokyo to Paris. His culinary creations, can be enjoyed until March 2019. Rouquette, from the Aveyron region of France, made his mark in the kitchens of the greatest French restaurants such as Hotel de Crillonor the Tailleventin Paris and Martinez in Cannes. He has been head chef at the Park Hyatt Paris-Vendome hotel since 2005.
