REVENUE in China's catering industry rose 13.4 percent annually to 2.1 trillion yuan (US$334 billion) between January and November. The growth continued an upward trend that started in August, Su Qiucheng, head of the China Cuisine Association, said at a meeting. The sector's business climate index and entrepreneur confidence index have risen sharply in the third quarter from the second quarter, Su said.
