XIABU Xiabu Catering Management Co, a hot-pot restaurant, aims to raise its store number by fivefolds within the next five years to lead the Chinese-style fast food industry.
The Chinese company plans to open 1,000 outlets across China by 2016, up from the 200 restaurants now, said Yang Shulin, vice manager of the company.
Xiabu Xiabu said it would focus its expansion in first-tier cities such as Shanghai and Beijing.
