Some big Chinese cities see hotel prices fall
The price of hotels in major Chinese cities including Shanghai and Guangzhou decreased by about 15 percent in recent months due to a relatively weaker business traveling demand, a global accommodations company has said.
But Beijing and Kunshan in Shanghai's neighboring Jiangsu Province maintained stable prices with moderate increases, which were less than 5 percent, according to the Hotel Price Radar of the Hotel Reservation Service.
