THE Chinese mainland hopes to reach agreement with Taiwan concerning trade in goods and services, investment protection and dispute settlement within two years to consolidate cross-Strait economic cooperation, head of the National Development and Reform Commission Zhang Ping said at a press conference on the sidelines of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
Zhang expects Taiwan to allow mainland enterprises to invest there more freely.
