Faster download speed

THE download speed of applications in Apple Inc's online store in China has jumped 10 times through a recent network infrastructure upgrade, Apple said yesterday.
The latest upgrade helped Apple to improve the services of the iOS system in the world's biggest mobile phone market and to compete with the Android system developed by arch rival Google Inc, industry insiders said.
Apple uses the CDN (Content Delivery Network) to upgrade the network, which allowed Chinese users have a much higher download speed, Apple China said.
China is Apple's second biggest regional market by revenue behind the US.
