Zoomlion buys German

Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science and Technology Co, one of China’s largest construction machinery makers, has acquired Germany’s leading dry mortar producer, M-TEC, the Chinese company said yesterday.
The purchase was made last Friday in Germany, said Zoomlion, without revealing more details.
Founded in 1978, the Neuenburg, Germany-based M-TEC is a world-leading dry mortar producer. Its products are sold in 55 countries and regions around the world.
Zoomlion is a Chinese manufacturer of construction machinery and sanitation equipment and is listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Its headquarters are in the Zoomlion Science Park in Changsha, the capital of central China’s Hunan Province.
