HONG Kong-listed Rojam Entertainment Holdings Ltd is to be renamed Asia Media Holdings Ltd and will expand on the Chinese mainland, the company announced in Shanghai yesterday.
The decision was made after Hong Kong-based Esun Holdings, Shanghai-based private-equity firm YF Capital and Beijing-based Sina.com acquired a 68.43 percent stake in Rojam for HK$49 million (US$6.3 million) on June 9.
