More new office space for Bund

The Bund’s southern section will see 160,000 square meters of new office space this year, with new supply including above and underground in the 1.6-square-kilometer area along the Huangpu River to reach 600,000 square meters by 2016, Oriental Morning Post said yesterday.
Under a masterplan released earlier, the section sited to the south of Xinkaihe Road will see its high-quality office buildings completed within eight years from now.
