The first kindergarten “news bureau” in Shanghai held its opening ceremony at Jiajia Kindergarten in Minhang District on February 23. The program, initiated by the Little Star Group affiliated to Shanghai Media Group, caters to children age between 6 and 14. The first batch of 120 schools under the program have set up their campus “news bureaus.” Kid “reporters” tell their stories that have happened at the kindergarten or at home.
