English one-stop services website soon

Qin Na, a deputy from Baoshan District, has suggested an English version of the website offering one-stop government services during the ongoing legislative session.
Local enterprises and citizens can easily gain access to government services via the website, however, Qin pointed out, an English version should be in place to make things easier for foreigners. Shanghai is becoming an international metropolis and attracting more foreign investment and workers, thus it is important to offer better government services to foreigners.
In response, the Shanghai Commission of Commerce said that it has already had discussions on an English website, which might be launched this year.
