Driver Survives Being Thrown from Truck Window on Expressway

A driver survived being ejected his truck during an accident on an expressway in Chuxiong, Yunnan Province, on January 3.
The incident happened on a rainy day when the truck was traveling downhill. The driver lost control of his vehicle when he slammed suddenly on its brakes.
As footage of the incident shows, the blue truck skidded and spun around twice before coming to a stop. The driver, who wasn’t wearing a seat belt, was thrown out the truck’s window and landed heavily on the ground.
According to media reports, he suffered multiple fractures.
