Sections 2 and 3, Sections 5 through 8, Item 10.1 of this User Agreement shall survive such termination.
Miscellaneous
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of People’s Republic of China ("the PRC"). Any action arising under this Agreement shall be submitted to the courts of Shanghai, the PRC.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
