Fearless kids perform crazy 11th floor stunt
Program Code: 09093461707200015 Source: Tencent
The Matang Police Station posted a video on its official Weibo account on Tuesday showing two naughty children climbing out of windows and walking on the 11th-floor ledge of a residential building in Wuhu, Anhui Province.
In the footage, a girl came out from a window and scuttled to another window nearby. Then a taller boy also appeared from the same window before they squeezed past each other in the limited space on the ledge. After the boy disappeared back inside the window the fearless girl followed him.
In the online post, police said one of their officers received the video from a friend who had just filmed the dangerous act. The policeman then rushed to the scene based on an address provided by his friend.
The boy and girl turned out to be from two different households and only one adult was at home during the time of the incident. That adult had no idea what the two children were up to until he watched the clip.
Luckily no one was hurt in the incident, and the stunned adult quickly made sure the children remained in sight.
Police shared the video online to encourage more parents to strengthen safety awareness with their children and to pay more attention to them during the summer vacation.
