Tourists Get All Wetted When Crossing Safety Line To Observe Stunning Tidal Bore
Program Code: 0909346160605003 Source: CCTV
More than 20 tourists were wetted and some of them even fell down to the ground, when a tidal bore of the Qiantang River hit the bank and swept through yesterday afternoon in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, CCTV reported.
The Qiantang Flood Tide is a famous grand sight.
Tourists are supposed to stay behind a safety line to observe it, but the squad of tourists in the video apparently ignored the safety warning and stayed too close to the river.
Thanks to the safety fence, none of these tourists were injured.
