Drunk Hit-and-Run Driver Dead In Crash After Killing Cyclist

A drunk driver hit a cyclist, killing him and then fleeing the scene in Liaocheng, Shandong Province recently. However, after driving about 1,500 meters, his car flipped over and he was killed on the spot.
The shocking footage of the incident was released by Shandong TV on July 24.
Firstly, a man surnamed Guo can be seen driving his car when he was on the phone.
Suddenly, he hit a cyclist in front of him.
After the crash, Guo didn't try to rescue the cyclist. He even sped up the car and ran away.
However, he died on the spot after his car went over into a roadside ditch.
According to the report, the cyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.
Guo's blood alcohol level was later tested at 300 milligrams per 100 milliliters, far over the limit of 80mg/100ml for drunk driving.
