Chinese premier leaves for WEF annual meeting

Chinese Premier Li Keqiang left Beijing for his Switzerland visit from January 20 to 22 on Tuesday.

Li will attend the 45th Annual Meeting of the World Economic Forum (WEF) and pay a working visit to Switzerland.

Li's visit is at the invitation of WEF founder and chairman Klaus Schwab and the Federal Council of Switzerland.

The WEF annual meeting, which will take place on January 21-24 in Davos-Klosters, Switzerland, is to convene under the theme "The New Global Context".
