STANFORD Residences, the high-end serviced apartment brand launched by K. Wah International Holdings Ltd (KWIH) under a corporate diversification strategy, got off to a promising start with steadily growing occupancy rate and satisfactory client feedback at its first property which opened in March last year in downtown Jing’an District.
