ISPGROUP, Focus Technology sign cooperation deal

SHANGHAI International Sourcing Promotion (Group) Co Ltd (ISPGROUP) yesterday signed an agreement with Focus Technology Co Ltd for online and offline business cooperation.
Nanjing-based Focus Technology operates a number of business-to-business websites and will provide technical support to ISPGROUP in running its commodity-sourcing websites. ISPGROUP will allow Focus Technology the access to its client data based on sourcing fairs it held.
The two companies plan to set up a joint venture in the future to deepen cooperation.
