ISS Group to step up China expansion after royal honor

FACILITY services provider ISS Group is expected to continue boosting its business in China after receiving Danish royal honor for its successes on the Chinese mainland.

ISS Group is a global provider of cleaning, security, property, catering, support and facility management and operates in more than 90 cities in China.

Last week, Jack Zhou, country manager of ISS China, received "The Diploma of the Danish Export Association and His Royal Highness Prince Henrik's Medal of Honour" to commemorate the company's progress after it entered China in 2005.

In 2010, ISS China's revenue grew 31 percent. The Danish company's business in China has doubled five times since it entered the country and set up company headquarters in Shanghai in 2005.

ISS's customers in China include several multinational companies and large Chinese airports and its business is expected to enjoy good growth opportunities, with China putting more emphasis on its service offering.
