Retail price of oil adjusted in Shanghai

SHANGHAI adjusted the retail price of refined oil from today, reflecting the rebound of crude oil costs.

Fueling a private car measured with a 50-liter tank now costs about 3 yuan (43 US cents) more as domestic refined oil prices move higher in line with the rebound of global crude.

The ceiling retail price for 92-octane gasoline in Shanghai’s service stations is now 6.51 yuan per liter, up from 6.45 yuan; and 95-octane gasoline has risen to 6.93 yuan from 6.87 yuan. Zero-grade diesel sells at 6.13 yuan, up from 6.07 yuan.
