Uber works for more interaction

Uber Shanghai partnered with Mark Chao, a Taiwan actor, and launched a new event over the weekend to promote more interaction with consumers through a car-pooling service on Uber's ride hailing application.

Through “Photosynthesis,” a personal charity program launch by Mark Chao to encourage people to share their concerns with friends and family members around them, Uber Shanghai expected to boost its popularity.

On-site video clips and those shot during the warm-up period will be circulated through online channels.

Kate Wang, Uber China lead, said it's not the first time Uber participated in a public welfare activity and that it would continue to promote a healthy lifestyle as well as ensuring a safe and environmentally friendly ride for passengers and drivers as well.
