Ford sells 10% more
FORD Motor Corp yesterday announced sales on Chinese mainland rose 10 percent in the first three quarters of this year to 385,957 units.
Sales for Ford-brand passenger cars in China rose 40 percent in September from the previous month, with 28,669 wholesale units sold, the car maker said in a statement, without giving an annual comparison.
The carmaker earlier said it would introduce 15 new models in China by 2015 to catch up with rivals such as General Motors and Volkswagen.
