GM: Europe HQ Won't Go To Germany

GENERAL Motors Co will not move its European headquarters to Germany as previously announced, Opel said over the weekend.
GM said last month that it was planning to move its headquarters from Zurich to Adam Opel GmbH's Ruesselsheim in Germany.
"The old headquarters will cease to exist in its current way," Opel said.
