'My Service' is launched
MERCEDES-BENZ has recently launched its after-sales brand promise "My Service" in China.
"In recent years, Mercedes-Benz has witnessed excellent performance in the China market. Our outstanding delivery of after-sales service ensures that our customers will continue to enjoy a premium driving experience and a lifetime relationship with Mercedes-Benz," said Klaus Maier, President & CEO of Mercedes-Benz (China) Ltd.
Mercedes-Benz said it plans to invest 150 million yuan (US$23.6 million) in training facilities and programs, as well as over 2 billion yuan in strengthening its parts distribution network in China.
The automaker's after-sales programs include the Value Enhancement Plan, TechMasters China and Vehicle Familiarization Workshop as well as customer appreciation programs.
