THE Food Service Division of Taiwan-based DaChan Great Wall Group tapped into Shanghai's bakery market last week.
Under the first phase of its expansion plan the Taiwanese group invested US$3 million and opened three bakeries under the name of Gino-Pasco in Shanghai.
