FRENCH retailer Carrefour opened a new outlet in Shanghai's Xuhui District on Monday, bringing the total number of stores in the city to 23 as it hopes to benefit from booming consumer demand.
Carrefour hopes the opening of the new store will offer new growth momentum for the retailer's operation in the city and continue to offer consumers quality products at reasonable prices.
