WEWORK, a global co-working space operator, is growing in China with its “community-centered” concept to tap vibrant market demand.
WeWork yesterday opened its third location in Shanghai via a strategic tie-up with Sino-Ocean Group, a domestic real estate developer which has formed an alliance with WeWork in two other projects in Beijing.
Opening its first location in China in July, WeWork has eight sites so far in Beijing and Shanghai, which provide more than 8,200 seats, and two locations in Hong Kong.
