The development of the digital economy is the focus of Shanghai’s efforts to rejuvenate economic development as the city fights the COVID-19 epidemic.
Shanghai shall turn the challenging situation into new development opportunities to become a leading player.
It shall also tackle systematic drawbacks to solve issues in pushing further development as well as drive synergies for multiple ongoing tasks.
