FINANCIAL experts and regulators will convene at the 6th China International Finance Forum on October 24 and 25 in Shanghai to discuss the development of China's financial industry during the economic downturn.

Participants include Su Ning and Ma Delun, vice governors of the People's Bank of China, and Shanghai Vice Mayor Tu Guangshao.
