CHINA'S labor ministry told local governments to hold free job fairs in rural areas to help laid-off migrant workers find new positions in cities.
Jobless rural residents who have returned home for lack of work should be given priority in hiring for infrastructure projects being planned across the country, according to a statement by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security posted on the central government's Website.
