SHANGHAI Financial Services Office yesterday signed a memorandum of understanding with Guernsey to boost exchanges and cooperation.
This is expected to support firms from Guernsey to expand business in Shanghai. Shanghai can also learn from the expertise and experiences of markets like Guernsey.
Several delegations from Guernsey have visited Shanghai in the past three years. Guernsey set up a representative office in Shanghai in October 2009 to deepen its roots in China.
