HONG Kong continued to take the top place in the ranking of the 2009 Index of Economic Freedom for the 15th consecutive year, revealed the US Heritage Foundation yesterday.
According to the ranking, Hong Kong scores 90 this year, 0.3 point better than last year, well above the world average of 59.5.
