CHINA Petrochemical Corp, also known as Sinopec Group, added 13.5 million tons of annual refining capacity last year, bringing the total to more than 190 million tons a year, according to a statement on the Website of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. The company's crude oil processing volume increased 4.34 percent last year, while output of gasoline, diesel and kerosene rose 9.03 percent, the statement said.
