PPG Industries said yesterday it completed the Phase I expansion project of its waterborne coatings facility in Tianjin to boost annual capacity of waterborne automotive and industrial coatings to about 4,000 tons. Annual output is set to increase to about 10,000 tons when Phase II of the project is completed.
