THE Kuwait Oil Company has signed a 117-million-Kuwaiti-dinar (US$350 million) contract with top oil refiner China Petroleum and Chemical Corp to build five oil and gas rigs in Kuwait, KOC has said.
KOC said the contract will help it reach an output level of 4 million barrels a day by 2020.
