PING An Insurance (Group) Co yesterday said its life insurance unit booked 101.2 billion yuan (US$14.8 billion) in premium income last year. The company's property and casualty insurance unit posted 26.75 billion yuan in premiums. Health insurance premiums totaled 33.3 million yuan, while income from its annuity insurance unit was 1.16 billion yuan.
