IREM-WESTON China Real Estate Research Center, the country's first that focuses on the study of asset management, was inaugurated yesterday in Shanghai.
The research unit, jointly set up by United States-based Institute of Real Estate Management and Shanghai Weston Real Estate Management Institute, aims to provide theoretical guide and support for China's property asset managers who seek to improve efficiency and quality of their management.
