Shareholder sells
CITIC Securities Co, China's largest brokerage by market value, said shareholder Youngor Group Co sold more than 3 percent of the company as of yesterday.
Youngor had sold 174.9 million shares since its holding of the brokerage became tradable, the Beijing-based broker said in a statement to Shanghai Stock Exchange yesterday, citing a letter from Youngor. Yongor's reduction had exceeded 2 percent of the brokerage's share capital as of November 11, CITIC Securities said on November 12. Youngor, a shirt maker and an initial shareholder of the brokerage, still holds more than 147 million tradable shares in the broker.
