Wait-and-see stance

SHANGHAI stocks dipped yesterday as investors adopted a wait-and-see stance as the year end nears. The Shanghai Composite Index shed 0.2 percent to 3,096.1 points. “Investors held a wait-and-see stance ahead of any possible policies to come in the new year,” said Zhao Huan, Fortune Securities’ chief analyst.
