3 Shanghai industrial parks in top-10 list

ZHANGJIANG High-Tech Park, Shanghai Lingang Group and Shanghai Pudong Software Park made it to the top-10 list of China’s industrial real estate parks.
The Shanghai Pudong Software Park, as the national software industrial export base, ranked 7th in the latest S-Park list with annual output of 63 billion yuan (US$9.4 billion) in 2015.
It made it to the top-10 list for the first time.
The top players in the list included Zhangjiang High-Tech, China Fortune Land Development Co, Shanghai Lingang Group, China VAST Industrial Urban Development Co and Yida Ching Holdings, according to the 2016 China Top Industrial Real Estate list.
The integration between technology and real estate offers great opportunities, analysts said. The Shanghai Pudong Software Park uses Internet Plus to help users with their websites and application inquiries which cover smart community, cloud computing and online education services for about 1,600 firms in the park.
