ALIBABA’S logistics affiliate Cainiao Network will provide cloud computing services to courier firm Tiantian Express as the company aims to boost its software services for partners.
Hangzhou-based Tiantian Express will use the cloud computing services provided by Alibaba to enhance efficiency and lower operation cost.
Cainiao’s Chief Technology Officer Wang Wenbin said the collaboration will allow courier firms to leverage Alibaba’s existing technology capability to fuel business growth especially during online retailers’ sales campaigns when tens of thousands of packages are delivered.
