Dell revenue to soar
DELL Inc's revenue of small and medium enterprise business will grow 50 percent annually this year, more than double the growth rate of the industry level, Dell China's President Amit Midha said yesterday.
Dell's SME business, which accounted for 25 percent of Dell China's revenue, has become a new profit engine of the world's No. 2 personal computer vendor.
"It's a huge market we can't miss and we are listening to the demand of customers," Midha said in an interview during the Dell Women's Enterprise Network forum held yesterday in Shanghai.
China's SME business market revenue is expected at US$13 billion annually for PC firms, or 16 to 20 million enterprise PC units, Dell said.
