SIEMENS expects about 40 percent of its sales in China to come from environmentally friendly technology by 2011.
"The percentage of China's environment related revenue at Siemens will be higher than the global level, which is about 25 percent," Richard Hausmann, CEO of Siemens North East Asia and president and CEO of Siemens Ltd China, said yesterday.
"We will strengthen our presence in China, India as well as other east Asian countries as these are the regions that will see the highest economic growth in the future."
