Epicor Software Corp Seeks M&A opportunities

UNITED States-based Epicor Software Corp said it is seeking merger and acquisition opportunities in Asia Pacific.
In China, Epicor's revenue is likely to grow 20 percent annually this year. Epicor, whose revenue totaled US$495.6 million last year, has said its third-quarter revenue would be between US$96 million and US$100 million, in line with analysts' forecast of US$98.5 million. Epicor said other regions are set to have "double digit" growth in 2009.
