Microsoft's MSN instant messaging service is down in several Chinese cities for unknown reasons today.
Myriad users in Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Qingdao and Wuhan have reported they lost their MSN service at 2:20pm today. They either had trouble logging on or lost the connection after logging on.
MSN China is trying to discover the reason of the failure, according to Sina.com.
