A wristband which is able to track fitness and pay for transport and tourism services debuted in Shanghai yesterday to score a first of its kind among wearable computing devices featuring multi-functions.
The new Sharekey Wristband, starting from 168 yuan (US$25), features NFC (near-field communications) payment services for public transport, including Metro lines, and tourism sites such as Shanghai Zoo as well as some grocery stores, said developer Watchdata.
