Qihoo boosts smart car security

QIHOO 360 has set up China’s first smart car system security center to meet demand for wireless control and autonomous driving, China’s top online security firm said at an security industry conference yesterday.

Cars of the future are set to feature more electronic components and complicated systems, and also probably will be self-driving, which makes a car system security necessary, Qihoo 360’s expert Liu Jianhao told the SyScan360 Information Security Conference in Shanghai.

Artificial intelligence will be more widely used in cyber security, from fixing system loopholes, detecting abnormal behavior to protecting company assets, security experts also said.
