Siasun’s Q3 revenue jumps 82% to US$98m
SIASUN Robot & Automation Co, China’s biggest maker of industrial robots, posted a 82.3 percent jump in revenue from a year ago in the third quarter, the company said today.
Its revenue totaled 650 million yuan (US$98 million) from July to September, notching a record high, it said in an official filing.
Siasun’s third quarter revenue “surged this year as it benefited from China’s industrial rally,” it said.

The output of China’s industrial robots soared 69.4 percent over the first three quarters compared with a year earlier, the bureau said.
Siasun has generated an annual 50 percent growth in new orders of industrial robots and logistics since December last year, with those of industrial robots growing the fastest, it said.
